This tool deliberately extracts numbers from words, codes and dates; it does not interpret their meaning. For example, 2024-05-01 yields 2024, -5 and -1. Page language determines decimal and grouping normalization. In decimal-comma locales, A-1,5, contains -1.5; a chain such as 1,2,3 remains three fragments. Use semicolons or newlines for unambiguous lists. Output uses the page locale without grouping and up to 15 significant digits. Number conversion and display can round; very small nonzero values may become zero. Non-finite values are omitted. Leading zeros, plus signs, exponent spelling, units and source context are lost. There is no file import, OCR or CSV-field interpretation. More than 100000 original characters or 10000 finite values rejects the whole operation; no usable number also causes an error. Use text processing when exact IDs or original spelling matter.
