Only characters 0–9 count. Letters, signs, decimal points and other punctuation do not count; digits from other scripts do not count. Matching lines retain spaces, leading zeros, duplicates and order. This counts written characters, without converting numbers: 1.0 has two digits and 1e9999 has five.
The target must be an integer from 1 to 1000. Input is limited to 100000 UTF-16 code units. Empty input or no matching lines produces an empty result. There is no numeric magnitude limit or file export.
