Remove Numbers with the Same Digits
Decimal digits are sorted only to compare keys; the retained values and their first-seen order are not sorted. Repeated digits count: 12 and 112 differ. Leading zeros disappear, so 0012 groups with 21, while 100 differs from 001. This is unsuitable for identifiers whose leading zeros matter. Values must be exact integers from 0 to 9007199254740991. Integer-valued spellings such as 1.0, 1e3 and negative zero are accepted and normalized; nonzero fractions are rejected before conversion, including values that floating point would round to an integer. Output is one value per line in the page locale, without grouping separators. It compares digit combinations, not numerical equality: 123 and 321 are different values grouped by this rule.
