Split-Complementary Palette Generator
Generates three colors with fixed HSL hue offsets 0,150,210 degrees: the base plus two colors 30 degrees either side of its opposite. Default base #3B82F6 can be edited using HEX/RGB/HSV/HSL controls. There is no angle-gap selector for this tool; calculate explicitly.
Verified red-base example: #FF0000 gives #FF0000, #00FF80, #007FFF in that order. Base is exact; shifted colors preserve rounded integer HSL saturation/lightness. Floating-point conversion and channel rounding can produce a one-level channel difference from other implementations.
This is not an equally spaced triad: the gaps are 150,60,150 degrees. Use it to explore two accents around the complement, without claiming any palette is automatically attractive or readable. Each result swatch can be manually edited independently, breaking the fixed relationship; displayed text refreshes immediately and after edits.
Clear restores the default base and removes results. Processing is local, no image upload or AI; no contrast rating or file-export selector. For mobile choose a base then calculate and review three swatches. HEX avoids local numeric-format ambiguity; accessibility contrast must be checked separately.
