Six modes convert standard 7-bit ASCII text to decimal, uppercase hexadecimal or binary codes, and convert those three code formats back to text. Output separators can be a space, comma-space or newline. Standard ASCII is enforced as code values 0..127; use the separate Unicode tool for other scripts or emoji.
Text-to-hex pads every code to two digits and text-to-binary pads to eight bits; decimal has no zero padding. Verified example: ABC becomes 65 66 67 in decimal, 41 42 43 in hexadecimal and 01000001 01000010 01000011 in binary with the default space separator.
Code-to-text accepts tokens separated by whitespace, commas, semicolons or vertical bars. Hex tokens may include a 0x prefix. Validation covers the complete token, so malformed values such as hex 41ZZ or binary 102 are rejected instead of being partially parsed; values above 127 are also rejected.
Input is limited to 500,000 characters and decoding to 100,000 code tokens to protect browser responsiveness. This is not UTF-8 byte encoding, Unicode code-point conversion, Base64, EBCDIC or an extended-ASCII code-page converter. Control codes can be valid ASCII but may be invisible in the displayed result.
Select the direction and separator, enter text or codes, press Convert and inspect whitespace/control characters before copying. Processing occurs in the browser. When a source contains accented, Cyrillic, Arabic, CJK or emoji characters, use Unicode or UTF-8-aware tooling rather than substituting an unspecified extended-ASCII mapping.
