Batch Image Color Picker

Batch image palette accepts up to 30 selected images and creates a separate interactive picker for each decoded image. Each picker starts with a capacity of 10 colors and immediately samples 10 random pixel positions, so an initial palette is available without manual clicks.

Clicking a displayed image samples the pixel under the pointer and appends its uppercase six-digit HEX color. When the current capacity is full, the oldest saved color is removed before the new one is appended. Repeated colors are retained rather than deduplicated or merged.

The minus and plus controls change each image's capacity independently from 1 through 20. Reducing capacity removes the most recently saved color only when the palette is now over its new limit; increasing capacity does not automatically sample additional colors.

Only the latest sampling marker remains visible on an image, while the palette bar retains all saved colors up to the capacity. Clicking a swatch copies its HEX value, and the current-color panel exposes the latest sample as HEX, RGB and HSL with separate copy actions.

Each image has its own export dialog, collapsed by default, with CSS, Code, SVG and PNG sections. CSS includes CSS HEX, SCSS HEX and SCSS RGB variables; Code includes comma-separated HEX values without hash signs and a JSON-style array. CSS and Code can be copied or downloaded, while SVG and PNG are downloaded as palette graphics named from the source file base name plus -palette.

This tool samples exact displayed pixels; it does not calculate dominant colors, cluster similar colors, remove duplicates or preserve the original pixel coordinates in the export. Images larger than the preview are downscaled to at most 760 by 520 CSS-canvas pixels before sampling, so a click reads the rendered preview pixel rather than an unscaled source pixel.

Every input must have an image MIME type, be at most 25 MiB and decode to no more than 24,000,000 pixels. The selected batch is capped at 100 MiB and 40,000,000 decoded pixels, and selecting more than 30 files rejects the entire batch. Reading, sampling and exporting run locally in the browser; the tool does not upload the images.

Samples store RGB only: alpha is discarded, so a transparent pixel may export as a solid color. Downscaling preserves aspect ratio; 800×600 becomes 693×520, not 760×520. A new selection or Clear removes the previous palettes. Random starting samples can repeat and change each time.

Per image: ≤25 MiB and ≤24,000,000 pixels. Per batch: ≤100 MiB and ≤40,000,000 pixels. Selecting over 30 files or any invalid image rejects the whole batch.

Processing takes place locally in your browser.
