TAR Archive Extractor

A TAR containing docs/readme.txt and data.csv produces a list and one uncompressed ZIP containing the validated relative paths and unchanged file bytes. Regular files and directory entries are supported. Backslashes in paths are treated as separators. Input is limited to 64 MiB, with at most 500 entries and 128 MiB of file data (1 MiB = 1,048,576 bytes); these are input and data limits, not a guarantee of maximum memory usage. Invalid paths, duplicate entries, unsupported types, invalid UTF-8 header text, bad numeric fields/checksums or truncated file data stop the whole operation without a ZIP. Links, sparse files, PAX/GNU extensions and compressed .tar.gz files are not supported. An empty TAR shows an empty status and offers no ZIP. Processing stays in the browser; file contents are neither executed nor scanned for malware.
