Package files without compression
ZIP STORE keeps each file’s bytes unchanged; archive headers make the output slightly larger than the total source contents. File names use UTF-8, and every entry receives a CRC-32 checksum. This is packaging, not size reduction.
Example: select the following two ordinary files. Each contains the indicated ASCII text followed by one LF newline, making 8 bytes per file. archive.zip contains both file names and their unchanged contents.
owned-a.txt: OWNED-A + LF (8 B) owned-b.txt: OWNED-B + LF (8 B)
Each run permits at most 500 selected files, 64 MiB per file and 128 MiB of source data in total. MiB means 1,048,576 bytes. These are enforced limits, not a promise of smooth operation near them; the browser holds input and output in memory.
Absolute paths, drive-prefixed paths, empty segments, . or .. segments, NUL, duplicate paths and names exceeding 65,535 UTF-8 bytes are rejected. ZIP64, encryption, passwords, compression levels and split archives are not supported. Symbolic-link semantics and original timestamps/permissions are not preserved. There is no exclusion-rule editor or per-file remove button. Check the downloaded archive before deleting originals. The selected file data is processed locally in the browser.
Folder selection is a separate mode. When the browser supplies relative paths, they are preserved including the selected root folder name. Ordinary file selection provides file names. Empty directories are not collected by this file picker.
Processing takes place locally in your browser.
