Image Saturation Adjuster
Each RGB channel is moved toward or away from the arithmetic mean of the three channels. At -100 the pixel becomes gray; 0 leaves the channel calculation neutral; positive values increase distance from the mean. RGB(100,150,200) becomes (150,150,150) at -100 and (50,150,250) at +100. Channels are clamped to 0–255 and converted to integer bytes. This is not an HSL edit or a guarantee of unchanged hue, lightness or perceived saturation: clipping can change colors and lose detail. Alpha is not adjusted by the pixel calculation.
The source must be no larger than 25 MiB (26214400 bytes) and 24000000 pixels. Output has the same dimensions and is a static PNG snapshot; animated input does not remain animated. Processing is local to the browser. Decoding and export may alter metadata, color profiles and byte representation even at 0. Keep the original and inspect skin tones and vivid edges.
avg = (R + G + B) / 3; channel = avg + (channel - avg) * (1 + amount / 100)
